At DoneDingo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your paid subscription, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date or the start of your most recent billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all DoneDingo orders. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and use the receipt or order confirmation email you received from Paddle to locate your transaction and submit a refund request.
  • Alternatively, contact us through the application and we will assist you in processing your refund.

Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase. After a refund is issued, your access to paid features will revert to the free plan.

Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe to be abusive or fraudulent.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in a billing period after the 30-day guarantee window has passed.
